Grab a yoga mat and use it for any floor exercises, like push-ups or stretching. Try eBay or a second-hand sports store for sales on dumbbells and benches. You can also grab an inexpensive exercise ball for most exercises. Fitness DVDs are also a good option for learning techniques and getting some added motivation.
