A: To curb cravings
eat four to six light meals daily. These meals should
include plenty of nutrient rich fruits and vegetables
packed with natural sugars. Try replacing sugary processed
snacks with a handful of grapes or berries. Giving in
to your craving every now and then isn’t entirely
bad just control your portion size, that means, two or
three chocolate kisses not the entire bag. Should you
find yourself overindulging, don’t feel guilty,
tomorrow is another day to get back on track.
