Aubrie Richeson

By Sandy Braz

Home: Ogden, Utah
Gig: Office manager
Age: 19 Height: 5'8
Weight: 138 lbs

On her iPod: “I love upbeat music with a catchy tune. I’ve got to stay in a great mood to get a great workout!” says Aubrie.

Post-workout wind down: When she’s not working out, Aubrie says she loves to be in the kitchen – cooking clean and baking too. “My parents tell me I make the best cookies they’ve tasted. But I only make them once in a long while, and they don’t last long!”

Best body part: It took a lot of hard work and clean eating to earn Aubrie a sixth-place win at her first figure competition. Her best feature? “I’ve had great abs since I started working them almost five years ago,” says Aubrie. “I get questions on how to get them almost daily!”

Why did you start working out? Following in her mother’s footsteps as a figure competitor, Aubrie started lifting weights at age 15, with her mother’s guidance.
