Best training move:
After having two children (and gaining 35 pounds with each!) Suzanne got involved in boot camp classes at her local gym to lose the baby weight. Three years later, she says her favorite move is anything that involves training her legs, like lunges or squats. “I wanted to get my pre-baby body back!”.
Her workout: Suzanne says she loves her current workout plan for its diversity and ability to keep her challenged. “I do Pilates three times a week, cardio five times a week (30 to 40 minutes a day), and I work out a different body part each day,” says this stay-at-home mom, who leaves Sunday for resting and spending time with her family.
Fave clean meal: “I make homemade protein bars with oats, protein powder and granola,” says Suzanne, who knows the right combination of protein and carbs make all the difference in her pre- and post- workout energy levels.
