It all began for Patty with aerobics, and once she started working out she never stopped. When she was 20, she got hooked on aerobics classes. A few years later she became an instructor and personal trainer. Patty says she loves cardio and weights equally. “They both stimulate me in different ways and both give me a sense of accomplishment and a job well done!” Her favorite cheat food, which is a rare indulgence, is white chocolate-chip macadamia cookies. Her favorite non-cheat food is crunchy almond butter on a rice cake. Patty says her favorite feature is her legs because they’re strong and she’s always working to improve them. She loves training because she sees such positive results in her attitude and physique. She gets pumped to work out a couple of different ways. “Some days it’s a good nap, and other days a good song,” she says.
