Her motivation: Years of yo-yo dieting and intense cardio didn’t lead to a “toned-up” bod, so Amy Miranda got wise. She changed her eating habits and started weight training. Positive thinking works great when she’s completing her final set. “I tell myself, ‘I got this. This is easy. I am so strong!’”

Her challenge: Taking it one step at a time really helps Amy meet her goals. “I set my priorities and daily goals. As long as I complete my daily goals, I stay right on track.”
