Home: Louisville, KT
Occupation: Accounting Manager
Age: 30 Height: 5’4” Weight: 120lbs

“Training is a stress reliever for me after I’ve had a long work day.”

After being introduced to fitness competitions by her husband, Charmayne Jackson was hooked. “I love being an inspiration to other women and hope that I can help them achieve their own personal fitness goals,” she shares. For Charmayne maintaining her contest shape means sticking to an intense training schedule five days a week. While it may seem tough for this busy working mom to pack into her already hectic schedule, according to Charmayne workouts are mandatory. “Training is a stress reliever for me after I’ve had a long work day,” she says. Charmayne enjoys the satisfaction and rewards that comes from living a healthy lifestyle. As she works towards her personal training certification Charmayne hopes to set an example for other family women who are looking to create a healthier lifestyle for themselves and their families. Although she admits at times it’s a challenge to keep her life in balance, Charmayne says she wouldn’t change a thing.
