This month's top model is the definition of fit. She's had (ahem) six kids, and still
maintains that six-pack. She says it's no secret how she does it; a clean diet and a lot
of hard work goes a long way.
In a typical week, this is what Fran will consume each day:
Meal 1
4-5 egg whites
Oatmeal with cinnamon and almonds
Meal 2
Protein shake (IsoFlex Chocolate)
1 small golden delicious apple
Meal 3
5 oz Salmon
1 small sweet potato
Mixed green salad, dry
Meal 4
4 oz chicken breast
Sliced peppers
Meal 5
4 oz orange roughy fillet
10 asparagus spears
Green salad, dry
Meal 6
Protein shake or egg whites

Of all the covergirls you have featured, Francisca is the one that always takes my breath away. She is so beautiful and has managed to stay fit despite having 6 kids! She made me realize that having kids is not an excuse to lose touch with my own need to be physically fit. I won't have the strength to take care of others if I neglect my own health.
