This stretch can be performed lying in your bed. Breathing in and out slowly, place a pillow between your bent knees. Hug your knees into your chest and rock them over to one side, then stretch your arms out to either side.
Hold for three deep breaths. Repeat by bringing your knees over to your opposite side.
