“I would have to say my smile! If I’m given the chance I never pass up the opportunity to have a great big laugh! My laugh is very loud and contagious, so you usually know when I’ve walked into a room.”
Hoping to make college cheerleading try-outs after tearing her ACL during practice, Emily began rehab and got into the gym to help speed up her recovery – and had success! “I trained myself to be better than what I was before the knee injury.”
Emily hits the gym now five to six days a week to train and gets in her cardio either at the gym or by hitting the trails on a sunny day with her mountain bike or running shoes. “Going to the gym is my favorite part of the day. This is where I can take out any stressors I’ve had from work.”
For extra drive, Emily likes to partner up. “I love training with a buddy. Working with someone motivates me to push harder, go heavier and run longer.”
“There is no limit to your dreams unless you make one. Dream big, make a goal, write it down and live it!”
